Nancy Ajram’s Metaverse party, Marshmello to feature

As per reports, the concert will happen at the MetaKey headquarters in DCL, and Everyrealm will present the event. The beginning time for the show is 11 a.m. PST or 6 p.m. UTC, and the music and festivities will last around one hour.

One distinctive aspect of Ajram’s metaverse debut is that users will have the chance to receive limited-edition merchandise. To obtain said merch, enterprising concert attendees must sign up for a mailing list at the Secretcoords website.  The site directs them to create a MetaMask wallet. There are no additional particulars about what kinds of limited-edition merchandise will be public.

Nancy Ajram is a renowned singer in the Arab world, with hit singles like “Ah W Noss” and “Yay.” According to the artist’s website, she has sold more than 2 million records, making her the 3rd-best selling female artist in Lebanese history. She is the only female sponsor of Coca-Cola in the Middle East Region.

Her collab fellow Marshmello, Christopher Comstock, is popular electronic music (EDM) producer and DJ. Organizations have certified his songs as multi-platinum in various countries, with some of them emerging in the top 30 of Billboard’s Hot 100.

Musicians and Web3

Web3 has proven a fruitful ground for many industries, including finance and sports. But very few industries have tested it as much as the music industry. Here are three instances of musicians entangled with Web3, whether the metaverse or NFTs.

Singer Jason Derulo lately rolled out an experience in a metaverse. In it, he vowed to pop up at diverse locations in the metaverse before hosting an event that reproduced the house seen in one of his music videos. Players could go inside the metaverse property and decorate it.

Charli XCX hosted an equivalent metaverse experience and concert in Roblox. There, the singer asked users to decorate various performance stages, with the winners able to join Charli XCX on stage for a performance. The singer partnered with Samsung for an intriguing part of the experience that involved a digital mobile phone.

The list is unfinished without Snoop Dogg. He has been one of the most active celebs in the Web3 domain.  The Bored Ape Yacht Club and CryptoPunks holder bought the Death Row record label and expressed his desire to turn it into an NFT music label. He also has unleashed a song with Eminem and remains active in the NFT community.

It will be interesting to see how Nancy Ajram’s metaverse debut in collaboration with Marshmello pans out, but there’s no doubt that more musicians are accepting Web3.
