Meta Luxury Italian Brand Visionnaire Launches First NFT

At the 26th Miart, Visionnaire NFT will be introduced. A life-size bust carved in Carrara marble is inspired by the furniture industry’s capitonne leather. In June ’22, the sculpture will be on display at the Wunderkammer.

Visionnaire, an Italian company specializing in meta-luxury, has launched its first NFT. The Apollo Belvedere NFT concept is the first of its kind from an international luxury furniture business. It is named after the Greek god archer Apollo.

Visionnaire will debut its NFT during Miart’s 26th edition. The NFT will represent the brand’s link with the avant-garde. Additionally, it will use the cutting-edge design methodologies enabled by NFTs in the premium interior design sectors.

Apollo Belvedere was made in conjunction with Jonathan Monaghan, an American artist. Monaghan is well-known for his research on the link between three-dimensional animation and actual sculpture. Additionally, Monaghan was an early adopter of NFT. Since 2013, he has been involved in the cryptocurrency and blockchain area.

Visionnaire and Monaghan were inspired to reinvent Apollo del Belvedere by their shared principles. Both sides see it as a sign of artistic excellence and impending doom. From post-Hellenic art through the 1972 moon landing to the advent of disruptive digital art, it has been a symbol of historical advances. It is the ideal image for launching Visionnaire NFT, an effort that celebrates the Italian brand throughout all creative disciplines.

The life-size Carrara marble bust is inspired by the capitonne leather used in the furniture industry. It reintroduces antiquity into the current era. It is well-known for its meticulous contrasts analysis: virtual and physical, old and new, soft and rigorous.

On March 28th, 2022, Visionnaire released three video NFT “teasers” on the platform Base. In June 2022, the sculpture will be on display in the Wunderkammer. It will also be available with a special NFT “plus” at Milan’s 60th Salone del Mobile.
