Hacktivist group Anonymous to investigate BAYC

In a Twitter video, the hacktivist group Anonymous states that it will look into claims that the Bored Apes NFT collection has Nazi symbols.

The founders of BAYC strongly disagree with such claims.

Anonymous expresses that BAYC collections have been accused of pedophilia, racism, sexism, and occultism, among other terrible things. The hacktivist group has pledged to look into these claims. The hacktivist group also communicated that it will sometimes share the results of its work.

In addition, the hacktivist group also says that the movie is a sort of invitation to the group of bored apes.

Ryder Ripps and Bored Apes Controversy

Bored Ape Collection will be investigated by the Hackers group

People say that Ryder Ripps was the first person to voice that Yuga Labs and Bored Apes Yacht Club Collection have Nazi symbols.

Even though the collection’s creators have said many times that it has nothing to do with Nazism or other contentious ideas, Ripps has kept making these claims, so Yuga Labs is suing him for defamation.

Some people in the community are not certain if this is the real Anonymous group, while others think that the video was created by Ripps and his team.

Before the video was unleashed on Twitter, on August 9, a verified Anonymous Facebook page told @nxg4n to keep up the good work. The tweet, which since then has been deleted, also communicated something about Ryder Ripps and Pauly Cohen.
