Hacker group Anonymous to target Do Kwon over misconducts over Terra Luna

A month after the Terra ecosystem’s descent, investigators have been excavating what went wrong behind the massive LUNA crash that dabbed out $40 billion of investors in a span of a week. Hacktivist group Anonymous has lately published a video thereby promising to bring Terra, co-founder, Do Kwon’s crimes to light.

In the video, Anonymous remarked that they will “make sure” that Kwon is “brought to justice as soon as possible”. In a video released on Sunday, June 26, hacker group Anonymous unleashed a laundry list of all of Kwon’s misconducts.

This also includes cashing out $80 million separately every month from TerraUSD and LUNA before its ultimate collapse. It also excavated Kwon’s role in the collapse of Basis Cash stablecoin, a project that Kwon was operating on prior to Terra. In the video message, Anonymous mentions:

Do Kwon, if you are listening, sadly, there is nothing that can be done to invert the damage that you have done. At this point, the only thing that we can do is hold you responsible and make certain that you are brought to justice as soon as possible.

The Anonymous group is looking into Do Kwon’s complete history since he entered the crypto domain to see what they can learn and bring to light, the hacker group adds that there is no doubt that there were many more crimes to be discovered in your trail of Do Kwon’s Luna destruction.

Likewise, the hacker group also shouts out Kwon’s smug tactics in trolling competitors and analysts and also acting as if he would never fail.

Anonymous targeting crypto personalities

Anonymous Hackers Group

Anonymous is a decentralized international activist collective started back in 2003. It has been after significant crypto personalities recently. Last year in June 2021, Anonymous targeted Elon Musk for allegedly destroying lives using his fame and influence and Twitter.

Anonymous also lashed out at Musk for attempting to play with the crypto market. The video has around 3.4 million views as of date. Regardless, Anonymous is not the first to shout out Elon Musk.

Many have said that Musk has been behind exploiting the price of Bitcoin and Dogecoin. Lately, one of the Dogecoin investors also sued Elon Musk for a staggering $258 billion claiming musks involvement in the DOGE coin. The complaint stated that Elon Musk was using and running a Dogecoin pyramid scheme.

Soon after Anonymous unleashed its YouTube video, it obtained some community support. Followers thanked the channel for its actions to bring out the truth. Regardless, users on the r/CryptoCurrency subreddit were more questioning and called it a pointless threat.

One of the commenters stated that Anonymous is so teen bop now, this video is so non-threatening it’s almost spooky. Another added that would expect them to have found something but it’s nothing more than, well nothing.

Terraform Labs has been nowadays undergoing several investigations in South Korea following the dramatic collapse.
